ABOUT ABOUT

Those moments when you are tired of saying the “right” thing, sick of being politically correct and you really wish you could just say F-it, break free, and say all those things you have always wanted.

"Forbidden" is a gusty, hopefully hilarious and rather sassy show tackling all the things we've been told not to discuss and tearing apart the ways we have been silenced.

The show will feature a little bit of blues, a whole lot of soul, perhaps a show tune or two and some original songs.

Do you dare to defy the forbidden?

If so, get ready to be insanely inspired, perhaps even exhilarated, and have crazy amounts of ecstasy (interpret as you wish)

P.S. There will be an up close and personal Q&A with Cindy at the end of the show!

About The Artists:

By age 3 Cindy Ashton was already wearing sequins, singing classics and dancing around her living room to her audience of millions. Since then, she has graced thousands of stages as a singer/actor/entertainer from headlining Times Square Fashion Week to starring in musicals to being a company member of a comedy improv group. She is also the Award-Winning TV Host of Cindy Uncorked, tackling tough social issues as well as a celebrity interviewer for various Hollywood parties, including the Oscars® and the Grammys®.

Born with a 20% chance of living, heart failure, a damaged lung and structural damage on the left side, she has spent her life managing chronic pain and illness. Trying to advocate for herself and her needs when people couldn’t see the ‘sickness,’ fueled her to liberate her own voice and teach others how to do the same. Her book, Liberate Your Voice, gives inspiration and tools for people to get their voices heard.

When she is not on stage and screen, Cindy works with business leaders to Speak from their Power and go from Established to Known™ in their industry.

She has received awards from President Obama and Queen Elizabeth II for her lifetime of volunteerism, and has appeared in multiple media including ABC, Thrive Global, Inc. Magazine and Forbes.

Cindy Ashton is a ball of fire! Get ready for her to give you a dazzling, high energy, hilarious and inspirational show.
